Shipping Rates
UK Shipping
Shipping within the UK is charged at a flat rate:

Standard (3–5 working days): £1.99, or free for orders over £100
International Shipping
Two international shipping options are available, with rates depending on the size and weight of your order:

Standard (1–3 weeks):

From £2.50 to £7.00 depending on weight

Priority (2–3 days):

Starts at £70, and scales with order weight

If you have specific preferences or need a faster service, feel free to reach out as soon as you place your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local conditions.
Customs Fees
International customers: Please be aware that customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges differ by country and have changed recently due to the UK leaving the EU. Failure to pay customs fees may result in your parcel being returned or even destroyed by local customs. If this happens, I’ll get in touch to help resolve the issue, but any additional costs incurred due to non-payment will be your responsibility. I really appreciate your understanding as we all navigate the ongoing changes.
Returns
I want you to love your order, but if there’s an issue, please contact me first before returning anything.
Items can be returned in their original condition within 7 working days of delivery to:

You’ll be responsible for the parcel until it reaches me, so I recommend using a tracked or signed-for service.
If you're returning an item due to a mistake on my part—such as a fault or incorrect product—I’ll also cover the return shipping cost.
Please note: Custom, made-to-order, or personalised items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
Delivery Issues
If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, and the error wasn't mine, you'll need to cover the cost of reshipping. If you prefer a refund instead, it will be for the product price minus actual postage and packaging costs.
